2006 to 2009 – FWI forms Ozark Constructors, LLC JV company and completes construction of the largest Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) Dam in the US, consisting of 3.2M CY of RCC and Conventional Concrete. During this same period FWI forms the JV called Gateway Construction and completes the $500M design build of I-64 in St. Louis.
